We think that we've answered all frequently asked questions about our Breakpoints membership where you can earn money off future spa day or spa break bookings as well as other benefits.

Registering as a member is free and all you have to do is complete a short form. Once you’re a member, your points will be stored in your online Breakpoints account, and every time you book a break with us you will have the option to redeem these points as payment or part payment for your next spa break.

Who is eligible to earn Breakpoints?
Anyone aged 18 years or over is eligible to earn points.
How do I join?
All you need to do is complete a short form.
What details do I need to fill in to become a Breakpoints member?
Registration is very simple and only takes a minute. We ask you for your basic contact details, such as name, address and email.
Is it free of charge to join?
Yes, joining Breakpoints is completely free of charge.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point every £10 that you spend with us on a Spa Day or Spa Break.
How much are points worth?
100 points are worth £10.
Can I earn a fraction of a point or carry spend over to the next spa break that I book?
No, only whole numbers of points can be earned and the points are earned on an individual break by break basis.
Can I earn extra points?
Yes, we run promotions where if you book certain breaks or book at certain time of the year you will earn bonus points.
Can I earn points when I buy BookaSpa gift vouchers?
No, unfortunately points cannot be earned for buying a BookaSpa Gift Voucher.
Do I earn points if I redeem a BookaSpa gift vouchers?
Yes, you earn the same number of points for redeeming the BookaSpa voucher as you would if you to pay by cash, credit card or other form of payment.
Can I earn points in conjunction with any other money off or value added offers?
No, Breakpoints cannot be earned in conjunction with any other offer.
When do the points get credited to my account?
The points that you earn for a particular booking are automatically credited to your Breakpoints account on the day that you return from that particular spa day or spa break.
Do you send me updates to tell me how many points I have in my account?

Yes, periodically we will send you by email an update of how many points you have in your account to spend, as well as details of our extra points promotions and exclusive Breakpoints special offers. Remember you can check your Breakpoints balance at any time by logging into the member's area on the website.

What can I spend my points on?

You can spend points as payment or part payment when you book Spa Days and Spa Breaks with BookaSpa, golf holidays with Golfbreaks.com and tee times with Teeofftimes.co.uk.

How do I spend my points on a spa day or spa break?
Simply tell your sales agent how many points you would like to spend. He or she will debit them from your Breakpoints account and credit the value of the points to the balance of payment for your Spa Break.
How many points can I spend at one time?
You can spend any number of points at one time, up to the total number of points that you have in your account.
When I book, do I automatically spend the points in my account?
No, if you would like to spend your points you must tell the sales agent at the time of booking.
If I am not the organiser of a group but am going on the spa break, can I spend my points?
No, only the person whose name the spa day or spa break is booked under will be able to spend their points when making the booking.
