Terms & Conditions of Breakpoints Membership

The Programme

All participants of the Breakpoints Rewards Programme must be aged 18 years or over.

In order to join the Breakpoints Rewards Programme you are required to register on the BookaSpa website by filling in their full contact details and completing their spa holiday preferences.

Only registered users of the Breakpoints Rewards Programme are eligible to earn and spend points on spa days or spa breaks.

BookaSpa reserve the right to; decline an application by a user to join the Breakpoints Rewards Programme; withdraw the membership of a user from the programme; alter or amend the conditions of operation of the programme; or to terminate the programme at any time without notice.

Earning Points on BookaSpa

Registered users earn 1 point for every £10 that they spend on a spa treatment, day or break, where 1 point is worth 10p when redeemed (see below). This can be altered at the discretion of BookaSpa.

Members of the rewards programme earn points on each spa day or spa break that they book on an individual booking by booking basis. Fractions of points cannot be earned and spend on one break cannot be carried over to another booking.

Points cannot be earned for buying BookaSpa Gift Vouchers. However users can earn points when they redeem a BookaSpa Gift Voucher, with the number of points earned being related to the monetary value of the voucher.

Points can not be earned in conjunction with any other money off or value add offer. The user must choose between earning points or redeeming the particular offer.

Points earned for a particular booking get credited to a spa user's account on the day that the spa user returns from that particular spa booking.

The user whose name the booking is confirmed under will earn all of the points for a particular booking.

Points cannot be earned on bookings that the user has made and travelled on before the date that the user joined the Breakpoints Rewards Programme.

Bonus points for group bookings are earned in respect to the final number of people who travel on the break, and not the initial group size at the time of booking.

Points cannot be earned on any payment that was returned to the user due to a cancelled booking or refund. This includes any bonus points that the user was eligible for on that particular booking. Points can however be earned on non refundable deposits.

Spending Points

Points can only be spent as either payment or part payment for a spa day or spa break at the time of booking; Spa Users are required to specify at the time of paying for a spa day or spa break if they would like to spend their points and the spa sales agent will then deduct them from their points account.

There is currently no maximum or minimum limit to the number of their points that a user can spend at one time when booking a spa day or spa break. BookaSpa reserves the right to change this at any time without notice.

The only person who is allowed to spend points when making a spa booking is the group organiser or the person whose name the booking will be confirmed under, once the booking has been made.

General

At present points do not expire however BookaSpa reserve the right to change this at any time without notice.

Points are not transferable and can only be spent by the person whose account they are credited to. In addition they cannot not be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

Points can only be earned by individuals and credited to their individual accounts. Joint accounts are not available.

BookaSpa reserve to right to add or remove points from a user's account at any time with due reason, with or without the permission of the user.

Periodically BookaSpa will inform registered users by email of the number of points that they have in their account and about current promotions and relevant special offers.

From time to time, we would like to use your details from your registration form, plus details of which spa hotels, spa days and spa holidays you are interested in to:

• Help us improve the Breakpoints Rewards Programme and the way we run it.
• Enable us to understand what our spa customers are interested in so that we can improve our service to them.

If you have indicated that you would like to receive them, provide you with details of special offers for spa days and spa breaks and other promotions that will be of interest to you.

Please note that your personal details will be only be used by BookaSpa and under no circumstances we give or sell them to any third party companies.
